# About the FAQ

The questions Codifi users actually ask, organized by **who's asking**.

Each FAQ entry gives you a **two-line short answer** and a **link to the full explanation** in the feature page where it lives. We keep one canonical answer per topic; the FAQ is a routing layer, not a duplicate of the docs.

## Don't see your question?

* **Try search** — type your question in plain language. We tag pages with many phrasings, so "how do I sync" and "why isn't my photo uploading" both find the right page.
* **Check** [**Known Issues & Edge Cases**](/codifi-docs/known-issues-and-edge-cases/known-issues.md) — if what you're hitting feels broken or surprising, it might already be documented as a known issue with a workaround.
* **Ask the Codifi support team** — and the question may end up here.

## How we keep this honest

* We add questions when the support inbox or training sessions hear the same question more than twice in a month.
* We remove questions when they stop being asked.
* We review every page monthly.
* When a feature changes, the FAQ entries about it get updated the same week.
