Results update in real time as source data changes, with support for repeater grid sections. #### Conditional Visibility **`Web`** **`Mobile`** Show or hide sections and fields based on rules you define in the Library. Conditions evaluate dynamically as field values change. #### Annotation & Measurement Tools **`Mobile`** Sketch freehand strokes, draw shapes (rectangles, circles, arrows), place text labels, and measure distances and areas directly on the Project map. Annotations group into toggleable layers. Measurements display in real time in metric or imperial units. #### Draw Mode: Vertex Editing & Undo **`Mobile`** Edit shape vertices with tap-to-select, drag-to-move, and midpoint insertion. On web: view QR codes per Record, export batch QR PDFs, and filter to QR-only Records. #### Batch Record Creation **`Web`** **`Mobile`** Create multiple Records at once. On web, a wizard configures naming, visibility, and optionally distributes Records along geometry. On mobile, batch pre-registration with QR codes lets office staff prepare Records before fieldwork begins — teams scan to reveal their assignments even without connectivity. #### Media Tab **`Web`** Browse all Project photos in one sortable, filterable grid with thumbnails and EXIF metadata. Geotagged photos appear as directional camera markers on the map with bi-directional selection — click a photo to find it on the map, or click a marker to jump to the photo. #### Map Layers Panel **`Web`** Per-overlay visibility toggles and opacity sliders in a new right-shelf panel. Control Project area, offline areas, labels, photos, and individual GIS overlays independently — especially useful for stacked overlays where you need to see through to the basemap. #### Records List Redesign **`Mobile`** The Records list has been completely redesigned with a new two-row layout on iPhone — Record name and action menu on the first row, archetype, status, media, and assignee on the second — giving long titles full width and making everything easier to tap. The list now features smooth animated expand/collapse with haptic feedback, significantly faster rendering on large Projects, and drill-down breadcrumb navigation from the map. Surveyors and field teams can track spatial relationships in real time as they move: * **Distance to Record** — live distance to the last created Record, a parent Record, or any specific Record * **Offset from Line** — perpendicular distance from a transect or reference line * **Spacing Check** — distance between consecutive Records with pass/fail thresholds * **Inside/Outside** — containment check against polygon boundaries or Project areas Widgets display smooth rotating compass arrows showing bearing direction, and persist per-Project across sessions. #### Smart FAB **`Mobile`** The + button now morphs into a contextual menu showing Record creation shortcuts based on what you're doing — child types for the selected Record, plus your recent creation patterns. Recent contexts persist across Project switches so you can quickly repeat any creation workflow without navigating through menus each time. #### Hierarchical Record Creation **`Mobile`** Create child Records directly from the FAB (+) — all hierarchy levels available, not just root types. Select a parent from a searchable list or by tapping directly on the map with a map-first selection flow. You can also **take a photo directly** from the detail card without navigating away — the camera opens as a modal overlay so you stay in context. * **Map-to-List Sync** — Selecting a Record on the map and switching to list view automatically scrolls to and highlights that Record #### Focus Lineage Filter **`Mobile`** Filter the entire Project view to a Record's full ancestor/descendant tree from the context menu. Includes "Include Related Records" toggle for spatial filters. #### Archetype Data Table & QA Mode **`Mobile`** Spreadsheet-style Record view grouped by archetype with configurable columns. QA Mode highlights Records with missing required fields. Integrates with map filters — selecting rows highlights Records on the map. #### Global Dashboard Filters **`Mobile`** Filter the home dashboard by Project, Composition, and date range.
