A focused fix release for two of the most-used field-day surfaces: external GPS receivers and offline map areas.

## Bug Fixes

#### Mobile

* **External GPS bottom sheet** — Fixed several rendering and state issues in the External Devices sheet, so that connection status and device labels stay accurate as devices connect, disconnect, and reconnect during a session.
* **MFi GPS connection reliability** — Fixed an issue where MFi (Made-for-iPhone) Bluetooth GPS receivers could fail to surface as a usable source after pairing through iOS Settings. They now connect to Codifi cleanly on first pair.
* **Offline map areas** — Fixed several issues affecting offline area downloads on certain Projects: edge cases in tile boundary calculation, sync-status reporting for partially downloaded areas, and re-sync behavior when an area is resized after the initial download.
